Step 1: Look up your Policy

Look up your policy

First, we need to find your policy using the search tools below. We will look up your policy using your:

> Policy ID or email address
and
> Trip Departure Date or Insurance Purchase Date.

For reference, your policy ID is located within your Letter of Confirmation.
