AllTrips Executive Plan

Formerly the Annual Executive Plan

The AllTrips Executive plan is designed to make business travel frustration-free by providing benefits for covered trip cancellation and interruption, covered emergency medical care and emergency transportation, lost/stolen or delayed baggage, and rental car damage and theft coverage (available to residents of most states). One special feature of the AllTrips Executive Plan is benefits for business equipment: If it’s lost/stolen, damaged or delayed by an airline or other carriers, insurance can reimburse reasonable costs for equipment rental, replacement and/or repair.


Emergency Medical Transportation - $250,000
Provides reimbursement for medically necessary transportation to the nearest hospital or appropriate facility following a covered illness or injury.

Emergency Medical - $50,000
Provides benefits for losses due to covered medical and dental emergencies that occur during your trip (with no deductible). There is a $750 maximum for all covered dental expenses.

Travel Accident Coverage - $50,000
Provides cash payment for covered losses due to death, loss of limb(s) or sight as a result of a covered travel accident.

Rental Car Damage Protector * - $45,000
Covers costs if a car you're renting is stolen or is damaged in an accident or while it's left unattended (not available to residents of all states).

Trip Cancellation - $5,000
Reimburses your prepaid, non-refundable expenses if you must cancel your trip due to a covered reason.

Trip Interruption - $5,000
Reimburses you for the unused, non-refundable portion of your trip and for the increased transportation costs it takes for you to return home due to a covered reason.

Travel Delay - $1,600 (Daily Limit $200)
Reimburses you for eligible, additional expenses due to a covered delay of six hours or more.

Baggage Loss/Damage - $1,000
Covers loss, damage or theft of baggage and personal effects.

Baggage Delay - $1,000
Reimburses the reasonable additional purchase of essential items during your trip if your baggage is delayed or misdirected by a common carrier for 24 hours or more. Receipts for emergency purchases are required.

Business Equipment Coverage - $1,000
Benefits for the reasonable replacement or repair of business equipment that has been lost, stolen, damaged or delayed by your common carrier.

Business Equipment Rental Coverage - $1,000
Benefits for the reasonable costs of renting replacement business equipment if yours has been lost, stolen, damaged or delayed by your common carrier.

Change Fee Coverage - $500
Provides reimbursement for fees to change the dates on your airline ticket for a covered reason.

Loyalty Program Redeposit Fee Coverage - $500
Reimburses you for fees charged for re-depositing loyalty program awards (such as frequent flyer miles) back into your account following a covered trip cancellation or interruption, up to the benefit limit listed in your policy documents.

Concierge - Included
Provides personalized information about your destination and assists you with obtaining restaurant reservations, tee times and tickets to events.

Pre-Existing Medical Condition - Available
Your plan may provide Pre-Existing Medical Condition Coverage if you, a traveling companion, or family member has a Pre-Existing Medical Condition. A Pre-Existing Medical Condition is an injury, illness, or medical condition that, within the 120 days prior to and including the certificate purchase date:

  1. Caused a person to seek medical examination, diagnosis, care, or treatment by a doctor;
  2. Presented symptoms; or
  3. Required a person to take medication prescribed by a doctor (unless the condition or symptoms are controlled by that prescription, and the prescription has not changed).

This plan waives the exclusion for pre-existing medical conditions if at least one of the following conditions are met: A) The trip was purchased during the coverage period; B) Your policy was purchased within 14 days of the date of the first trip payment or deposit; or C) You have continuous coverage. You have “continuous coverage” when the Coverage Effective Date of this policy is no later than seven days after the Coverage End Date of a previous annual policy issued to you by us.
